I thoroughly enjoyed the inviting atmosphere and immaculate gardens surrounding the property. The continental breakfast offered a delightful pancake-making experience that kept my mornings exciting. Relaxing by the stunning outdoor swimming pool created the perfect oasis to unwind after a busy day.

Suite 55 felt neglected with nearby sheds and garages!!! The bathroom floor needed proper drainage, flooding onto the floor. Balcony door latch was damaged and poorly repaired. Limited supply of tea and coffee in the room!!!

the shower was a complete disaster, with next to no water pressure, just a dribble! I also couldn’t believe how basic the breakfast was, the limited choices felt very cheap. And after all that discomfort, I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a welcome gift, but alas, I was treated like just another guest. how disappointing.
